Segmentacija strank & Market Opportunity Navigator – kako najti prave priložnosti za svoj projekt

Delavnica je namenjena vsem, ki razvijate poslovno idejo, produkt ali želite komercializirati izum, ki je plod večletnih raziskav, in želite bolje razumeti, kateri kupci, trgi in priložnosti imajo dejanski potencial za rast. S pomočjo orodja Market Opportunity Navigator boste spoznali, kako sistematično raziskati različne tržne priložnosti, jih oceniti z vidika privlačnosti (desirability), izvedljivosti (feasibility) in vzdržnosti (viability) ter na koncu izbrati tisto, ki ponuja največ možnosti za uspeh.

Vsaka digitalna storitev uspe le, če resnično razume, kaj uporabnikom prinaša vrednost. Na delavnici bomo raziskali, kako prepoznati, oblikovati in preveriti ponudbo vrednosti, da ideje ne ostanejo le domneve, temveč se oprejo na dejanske potrebe in izkušnje uporabnikov.

Delavnica bo podjetjem pomagala razumeti, kako njihova rešitev ustvarja vrednost v zdravstvenem sistemu in kako to vrednost učinkovito pretvoriti v trajnostni poslovni model. Izobraževanja se lahko udeležijo zgolj podjetja iz portfelja Slovenskega podjetniškega sklada ter podjetja, vpisana v Register inovativnih zagonskih podjetij.
