Pogost scenarij je znan: spletna stran obstaja, blog je bil neko\u010d dodan, objavljenih je nekaj \u010dlankov, nato pa vse skupaj obstane.<\/p><p>Obisk je nizek, povpra\u0161evanj skoraj ni in hitro se pojavi ob\u010dutek, da \u00bbSEO preprosto ne deluje\u00ab.<\/p><p>V resnici te\u017eava obi\u010dajno ni v SEO-u (t.i. Search Engine Optimization) samem, temve\u010d v na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja. Podjetja se ga pogosto lotevajo kot tehni\u010dne naloge, ne pa kot odgovora na klju\u010dno vpra\u0161anje: <b>kako moje stranke razmi\u0161ljajo, ko i\u0161\u010dejo informacije?<\/b><\/p><p>Klju\u010dne besede in blog niso tehni\u010dna vaja, temve\u010d strukturiran na\u010din, kako podjetje dolgoro\u010dno odgovarja na vpra\u0161anja trga.<\/p><p><strong>Kaj SEO pomeni za podjetje<\/strong><\/p><p>SEO (optimizacija za iskalnike) pomeni, da spletno stran in njene vsebine prilagodimo tako, da jih Google prepozna kot relevantne informacije za dolo\u010dena iskanja.<\/p><p>Za podjetje pa je bistvena predvsem razlaga, da se u\u010dinki dobro zastavljene SEO strategije ka\u017eejo v tem, da se va\u0161e spletne vsebine in odgovori stranki poka\u017eejo med iskanimi rezultati na vrhu SERP-a (t.i. Pri organskem iskanju pa uporabnik pride do nas sam, ker ima vpra\u0161anje, problem ali potrebo na katero mu lahko odgovorimo s pomo\u010djo na\u0161ih spletnih vsebin.<\/p><p>Posledi\u010dno je kakovost tak\u0161nega obiska praviloma bistveno vi\u0161ja.<\/p><p>Za podjetje SEO dolgoro\u010dno pomeni predvsem:<\/p><ul><li>ve\u010d relevantnega obiska brez stalnih stro\u0161kov ogla\u0161evanja;<\/li><li>bolj informirane in zrelej\u0161e potencialne stranke;<\/li><li>kraj\u0161i in u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i prodajni proces.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Klju\u010dne besede kot odraz razmi\u0161ljanja strank<\/strong><\/p><p>Klju\u010dne besede niso marketin\u0161ki izrazi v smislu sloganov ali poimenovanj storitev. So predvsem <b>zapisane misli strank<\/b> \u2013 njihova vpra\u0161anja, dvomi, problemi in cilji, izra\u017eeni v jeziku, ki ga v danem trenutku znajo uporabiti.<\/p><p>Ko nekdo nekaj vpi\u0161e v Google, nam s tem pove, v kak\u0161ni situaciji je in kaj posku\u0161a re\u0161iti.<\/p><p>Ena najve\u010djih napak podjetij pa je, da klju\u010dne besede izbirajo na podlagi interne logike.<\/p><p>Potencialna stranka ne razmi\u0161lja na tak na\u010din. \u010ce \u0161e nima jasne slike, kaj potrebuje, ne bo iskala storitve \u2013 temve\u010d opis svojega problema.<\/p><p>Tu nastopi klju\u010dna razlika med podjetjem in stranko. Podjetja razmi\u0161ljajo v jeziku stroke \u2013 uporabljajo pojme, kot so \u00bbdigitalna transformacija\u00ab, \u00bboptimizacija procesov\u00ab, \u00bbgo-to-market strategija\u00ab ali \u00bborganizacijski razvoj\u00ab.<\/p><p>Stranke pa i\u0161\u010dejo bolj konkretno in \u017eivljenjsko. Ne i\u0161\u010dejo koncepta, ampak odgovor.<\/p><p>Zato so pogosto najmo\u010dnej\u0161e klju\u010dne besede ravno tiste, ki so vpra\u0161alne ali problemsko naravnane, na primer:<\/p><ul><li>\u00bbZakaj moje podjetje ne raste?;<\/li><li>\u00bbKako pove\u010dati prodajo?\u00ab,<\/li><li>\u00bbZakaj ne dobim povpra\u0161evanj prek spletne strani?\u00ab,<\/li><li>\u00bbKako pridobiti prve B2B stranke?\u00ab.<\/li><\/ul><p>Bistvo je zato preprosto: <b>SEO se za\u010dne se tam, kjer je stranka \u2013 in ne tam, kjer je podjetje!<\/b><\/p><p><strong>Namen iskanja kot temelj sodobnega SEO-ja<\/strong><\/p><p>SEO danes ne temelji ve\u010d na ponavljanju klju\u010dnih besed, temve\u010d na razumevanju namena iskanja. Google \u017eeli uporabniku ponuditi najbolj uporaben odgovor glede na to, v kateri fazi razmi\u0161ljanja se nahaja.<\/p><p>V praksi lo\u010dimo tri osnovne tipe iskanj:<\/p><ul><li><strong>informativna iskanja<\/strong>, kjer uporabnik \u017eeli razumeti temo ali problem;<\/li><li><strong>primerjalna iskanja<\/strong>, kjer raziskuje mo\u017enosti in razlike;<\/li><li><strong>nakupna iskanja<\/strong>, kjer je \u017ee blizu odlo\u010ditve.<\/li><\/ul><p>Blog je za podjetje najmo\u010dnej\u0161e orodje predvsem pri prvih dveh tipih iskanj. Omogo\u010da razlago konteksta, prikaz razumevanja problemov in postopno gradnjo zaupanja, \u0161e preden pride do neposrednega prodajnega stika.<\/p><p>\u010ce stranki pomagate odgovoriti na njihov problem, vpra\u0161anje ali dilemo, pa obstaja tudi velika verjetnost, da bodo kliknili \u0161e kam na va\u0161i spletni strani in si pogledali izdelke, ki jih ponujate.<\/p><p><strong>Kako izbrati prave teme in pisati u\u010dinkovit SEO blog<\/strong><\/p><p><b>Dober SEO \u010dlanek se zato za\u010dne \u0161e preden je napisana prva beseda.<\/b> Podjetje si mora najprej odgovoriti, kdo je njegov idealni kupec \u2013 in s kak\u0161nimi vpra\u0161anji se sre\u010duje in kaj mora razumeti, da bo podjetju lahko zaupal.<\/p><p>\u0160ele nato je smiselno preveriti, kako ljudje ta vpra\u0161anja dejansko zapisujejo v Google.<\/p><p>Pri pisanju je klju\u010dno, da se vsak \u010dlanek osredoto\u010di na eno glavno temo. En poglobljen \u010dlanek, ki jasno odgovori na eno vpra\u0161anje, je bistveno u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i od povr\u0161nega zapisa, ki se dotakne ve\u010d tem hkrati.<\/p><p>Dober SEO blog praviloma vsebuje:<\/p><ul><li>jasen in konkreten naslov,<\/li><li>uvod, ki bralcu potrdi, da je na pravem mestu,<\/li><li>strukturirano jedro z logi\u010dnim tokom razlage,<\/li><li>zaklju\u010dek, ki pove\u017ee vsebino in naka\u017ee naslednji korak.<\/li><\/ul><p>Klju\u010dne besede morajo biti vklju\u010dene naravno in smiselno. Njihova vloga je orientacijska, ne dekorativna. Dobro vodilo je vpra\u0161anje: <em>ali bi ta stavek napisal tudi, \u010de SEO-ja ne bi poznal?<\/em> \u010ce je odgovor ne, je klju\u010dna beseda verjetno uporabljena na silo.<\/p><p><strong>Blog kot dolgoro\u010dna strate\u0161ka nalo\u017eba<\/strong><\/p><p>Blog ni hiter kanal v smislu \u00bbobjavimo danes, prodamo jutri\u00ab. Google potrebuje \u010das, da vsebino odkrije, razume in postopno uvrsti vi\u0161je, tudi stranke pa redko sprejmejo odlo\u010ditev ob prvem stiku. Prav zato je blog dolgoro\u010dno izjemno dragocen.<\/p><p>Dober \u010dlanek lahko mesece ali celo leta prina\u0161a nove obiskovalce, razbremeni prodajno ekipo z odgovori na pogosta vpra\u0161anja, pozicionira podjetje kot strokovnjaka in izbolj\u0161a kakovost povpra\u0161evanj.<\/p><p>Hkrati deluje tudi kot filter: pritegne prave ljudi in odvrne tiste, ki niso primerni za sodelovanje.<\/p><p>Podjetja, ki blog razumejo strate\u0161ko, ga ne uporabljajo ob\u010dasno, temve\u010d kot sistemati\u010den na\u010din komunikacije s trgom. S\u010dasoma tak pristop ustvari stabilen tok obiska, ve\u010d zaupanja in bolj\u0161a povpra\u0161evanja \u2013 zato je blog eden najpo\u010dasneje rasto\u010dih, a hkrati najbolj zanesljivih kanalov za dolgoro\u010dno rast.<\/p><p>Hkrati pa lahko kvalitetne vsebine iz bloga \u00bbrecikliramo\u00ab \u0161e na na\u0161ih socialnih omre\u017ejih in si za kreacijo vsebin prihranimo \u010das!<\/p><p><strong>Za konec pa \u0161e nekaj misli\u2026<\/strong><\/p><p>SEO in pisanje bloga nista zgolj takti\u010dni marketin\u0161ki aktivnosti, temve\u010d del \u0161ir\u0161ega razmisleka o tem, kako podjetje komunicira s trgom in kako razume svoje stranke<\/p><p>\u00a0Klju\u010dne besede niso cilj same po sebi, temve\u010d dragocen vpogled v vpra\u0161anja, dileme in probleme, s katerimi se stranke sre\u010dujejo v razli\u010dnih fazah odlo\u010danja.
