Startup Founders Retreat 2025 med alpskimi vrhovi in podjetniškimi vizijami

Dvodnevno doživetje za ustanovitelje mladih zagonskih podjetij v objemu Alp, kjer se odmik od sestankov, rokov in operativnih opravil spremeni v prostor za razmislek, nove poglede in povezovanje.

Researchers’ Meetup: Inovatorji na poti – od zamisli do svetovnega vpliva

Celodnevni dogodek združuje oglede podjetij Dewesoft in Rimac, ki dokazujeta, da lahko iz raziskovalnih projektov in garažnih izumov zrastejo globalne zgodbe. Dogodek je namenjen raziskovalcem in tehnološkim inovatorjem kot navdih in motivacija, da iz malega lahko zraste veliko.

Kako iz prototipa ali začetnih serij preiti v proizvodnjo, ki je učinkovita, ponovljiva in pripravljena na rast?

Dvodnevni program združuje ogled uspešnih proizvodnih okolij podjetij Dewesoft in Rimac ter praktično delavnico z izkušenimi strokovnjaki. Udeleženci bodo tako najprej dobili vpogled v sodobne proizvodne procese in avtomatizacijo v praksi, nato pa bodo na delavnici raziskovali, kako zasnovati in optimizirati procese, ki podpirajo rast in razvoj njihovega podjetja.

Od ideje do trga: Poslovni model 360°

Tridnevna praktična delavnica, ki združuje ključne korake poslovnega razvoja: opredelitev problema, raziskavo trga, prototipiranje, izbiro prodajnih kanalov in finance. Celovit okvir za uspešen prehod ideje na trg ter samozavesten začetek podjetniške poti.

Delavnica: Kako intervjuvati stranke?

Poglobljeni intervjuju so učinkovit način za odkrivanje pravih problemov in priložnosti za razvoj ali izboljšave produktov in storitev. Cilj je pridobiti vpoglede v motive, želje in frustracije uporabnikov, ki postanejo osnova za boljše zadovoljevanje njihovih potreb.

Se spopadate z vprašanji glede pogodb, pravnih obveznosti ali pravilnega pravnega okvira vašega podjetja? V Tehnološkem parku Ljubljana odpirajo vrata delavnici, ki je namenjena vsem podjetnikom in start-up ekipam, ki želijo utrditi svoje pravno znanje in se izogniti dragim napakam.
