P2 2026 Info dan

Ljubljanski univerzitetni inkubator (LUI) vabi na info dan o razpisu P2, ki bo potekal 3. 2. 2025 ob 12.30 na LUI. Dogodek je namenjen posameznikom in podjetjem, ustanovljenim v letu 2024 ali v nastajanju, ki razmišljajo o prijavi na razpis P2 Slovenskega podjetniškega sklada za pridobitev nepovratnih sredstev. Udeleženci bodo izvedeli ključne informacije o razpisu, pogojih za vključitev v program »Z LUI do sredstev P2« ter podpori, ki jo LUI nudi pri pripravi prijave. Ker se na letošnjem razpisu pričakuje tudi točkovanje trajnosti, bo takoj po info dnevu potekala Impact delavnica, namenjena razumevanju in ustrezni vključitvi trajnosti v prijavnico.

Kako pridobiti točke na razpisu P2: Impact delavnica

LUI v okviru projekta A4SUSTINNO organizira Impact delavnico, namenjeno startupom, podjetnikom in MSP, ki želijo trajnost in družbeni vpliv strateško vključiti v svoj poslovni model ter s tem izboljšati možnosti za financiranje in rast. Delavnica je posebej relevantna za prijavitelje na razpis P2 2026, kjer se pričakuje točkovanje trajnosti. Udeleženci bodo spoznali praktična orodja impact podjetništva, impact designa in financiranja ter pridobili konkretne usmeritve za razpise, investicije in partnerstva.

Kako uporabljati ključne besede in blog za dolgoročno vidnost na Googlu

Veliko podjetij ima spletno stran, ki obstaja bolj kot vizitka kot pa kot aktiven prodajni kanal. Nekaj vsebin, morda celo blog, a brez jasnega občutka, zakaj obisk ne preraste v povpraševanja. Težava praviloma ni v Googlovem algoritmu, temveč v razkoraku med tem, kako podjetje razmišlja o svojih storitvah, in tem, kako potencialne stranke v resnici iščejo odgovore. Ključne besede in blog postanejo učinkoviti šele takrat, ko začnejo odsevati vprašanja, dvome in situacije ljudi na drugi strani zaslona – in ko vsebine niso več pisane za iskalnike, temveč za razumevanje trga in dolgoročno gradnjo zaupanja.

Onboarding v majhnih podjetjih: tihi proces, ki ima nesorazmerno velik vpliv na (nove) zaposlene

V majhnih podjetjih se novi sodelavci pogosto znajdejo neposredno “v ognju” – nekaj kratkih razlag, nekaj sprotnih vprašanj in že prvi dan prevzamejo resne naloge. Tak pristop deluje hiter in praktičen, a v resnici razkrije, kako krhek je lahko sistem, kjer vsak posameznik takoj vpliva na način dela, odnose in tempo celotne ekipe.

Inkscape: Od pikslov do vektorske oblike

V praksi se samostojni podjetniki pogosto srečajo s težavo, da imajo svoj logotip ali grafični element shranjen le v rastrski obliki (.jpg, .png), ki ni primerna za profesionalno uporabo, tisk ali prilagajanje v različnih velikostih. Rastrske slike pri povečavi hitro izgubijo ostrino, kar lahko negativno vpliva na celostno podobo podjetja.

Dvodnevni program za startupe, ki želijo rasti hitreje, pametneje in samozavestneje

Večina zrelejših startupov se zatakne pri istem izzivu: želja po rasti je velika, cilji pa niso dovolj jasni, merljivi ali usklajeni z ekipo. Posledice? Napačne prioritete, napačne odločitve in občutek, da “delamo ogromno”, a rezultatov ni toliko, kot bi si želeli, težave s pridobivanjem in razvojem ustreznih strokovnjakov oziroma ekipe.
